Who this is for
Support for anxiety, ADHD, depression & more
You do not need a diagnosis to reach out. Most people arrive describing a feeling, not a category.
Areas of focus
Where Steven spends most of his time
Anxiety and panic
Persistent worry, tension that will not switch off, avoidance, and panic that arrives without an obvious trigger.
Depression and low mood
Flatness, loss of interest, low energy, difficulty starting things, and a sense that ordinary tasks cost far more than they used to.
ADHD and attention
Difficulty sustaining focus, disorganization, and the exhaustion of compensating for it all day.
PTSD and trauma
Intrusive memories, hypervigilance, sleep disruption and reactions that feel disproportionate to the moment.
OCD
Intrusive thoughts and compulsions that consume time and are difficult to interrupt on your own.
Mood concerns
Mood that shifts in ways that disrupt work, relationships and sleep, including mood disorders.
Also supported
Other concerns people bring
- Stress and burnout
- Emotional regulation difficulties
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions and role changes
- Men's mental health concerns
- First responder and veteran mental health
- Adjusting to chronic illness or chronic pain
- Support while transferring care from another provider
Everyone experiences these differently, and what helps one person may not help another. A qualified provider can help evaluate what is happening for you specifically.
If you are unsure
Not knowing what to call it is normal
Most people do not arrive with a diagnosis in hand. They arrive saying they are not sleeping, they snapped at someone they love, or they have been running on empty for months and cannot see it changing.
That is enough to start with. Sorting out what is happening is part of the work, not a prerequisite for booking.
Two ways forward
You do not have to be certain to take a step
Some people are ready to put an appointment on the calendar. Others want to understand the details first. Both are welcome here.
Start your booking
Headway is where appointments, insurance and billing are handled. You will see current availability, add your insurance for a cost estimate, and choose a time that works.
Book an appointmentA short contact step comes first, then Steven’s live Headway schedule.
Ask before you commit
Plenty of people want to understand how virtual care works, whether their plan is accepted, or what a first appointment is like before booking anything. Send a short note and we will answer.
Ask a questionNo appointment required. Please leave out medical details.

Next step
Take the next step when you feel ready
