Choose a time on Headway
Headway is the scheduling system. You will see current availability and can add your insurance to get a cost estimate before booking.
Complete the intake there
Basic details and paperwork are handled through Headway, which is also where insurance and billing live.
Find somewhere private
Home, a parked car between shifts, anywhere you can speak freely. You need to be physically located in a state where Steven is licensed at the time of the appointment.
Join by video
A link takes you into the visit. No app store hunting, no commute, no waiting room.
Talk it through
The first appointment is longer and covers background. You describe what is going on and what you want to change, and you leave with a plan you agreed to.
Follow up
Follow-up visits are usually shorter. Prescriptions, when appropriate, go to the pharmacy you already use.

What you need
A device and connection
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and a reasonably stable internet connection is enough.
To be in NY or NJ
Licensure follows your physical location during the appointment, not your mailing address. If you travel, mention it when scheduling.
Your insurance card
Adding your plan in Headway before booking gives you an estimate of what a visit will cost you.
Virtual care has limits, and they should be said out loud
Video visits work well for many people, but not for every situation. Emergencies, situations needing in-person examination, and some medication categories require something different. If virtual care is not the right fit for what you are dealing with, Steven will tell you.
