What happens to information you submit through this website, in plain terms.
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover Headway, which operates its own systems for scheduling, insurance, billing and clinical records, and maintains its own privacy practices and notices.
What this site collects
If you complete the inquiry form, we receive what you enter: your name, contact details, state, what you are interested in, your contact preference and any message you write. We also receive basic technical information such as pages visited and the source that referred you, used to understand how the site performs.
The form asks you not to include medical details, symptoms, diagnoses or member ID numbers. It is a general inquiry form and is not a secure clinical channel.
How it is used
To respond to your question, to follow up about starting care, and to send occasional educational or scheduling information where you have agreed to receive it. Information is stored in our customer relationship management system for these purposes.
Messages and consent
Email and text follow-up only happens where you have opted in. You can stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or using the unsubscribe link in an email. Message and data rates may apply.
Sharing
Information submitted here is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site and our follow-up systems, or where required by law.
